I own a small business and machine a lot of our components in house. With only one machine, we need to maximize part density on the machine. A double station vise is a great option, but adding two 2,500 vises was difficult to justify in our situation. Searching for alternatives, I found S&R Products. I ordered two 6″ vise conversion kits.
I have had the kits for over a year now, and they have been a great way to increase throughput on the parts we run in vises.
If you need a double station vise, consider an S&R dual vise converter kit; they work great!
